Latest Developments at Laguna Beach

More licensing in place:

As well as the Licença Previa (first Environmental License) and the Alvará de Construçao (Building License), Laguna Beach now has:

• Further Environmental License (2008-025401/TEC/LS-0784), issued on 16th April 2009 by IDEMA, the corresponding authorities.
• Certificate of Area Occupation and the final Building License (2009.001984-3), issued on 8th July 2009. Nisia Floresta City Hall has approved both licenses.
• License from the State Water Department.

All architectural plans approved:

All plans for Laguna Beach have been submitted and approved. These include the 3D-CAD and the Land Grading Project. This defines the different area levels for the properties and communal areas.
The Concrete Structure Project has also been approved. This specifies the size of the structure parts and their steel and concrete resistance.

Water infrastructure projects:

All water infrastructure projects have been approved. These include:

• Draining Project (defining rain water collection and drainage).
• Water Supply Project (distribution pipes and specification regarding the solar heating system for this eco-friendly project).
• Sewerage Installation Project (specification of used water collection systems and type of sewage treatment plant).

Utilities Projects:

All projects for utilities at Laguna Beach have been approved including:

• Electricity - location for electricity supply boxes on the site and specification of materials.
• Telephone - installation of lines and supply.
• TV - installation of service.
